The purpose of Northminster's Mission Ministry Team is to help move God’s people
from sitting to serving.
Northminster's Mission team provides opportunities for our congregation to participate in and financially support local, national and international programs and projects.
Some of the various opportunites we offer are: serve meals to the homeless; collect donations of food, clothing, and school supplies; purchase birthday and Christmas gifts for at-risk youth; build churches, schools and homes; package food for disasters; and provide national and international mission trips to help other churches minister to their communities.
All these activities are done with the sole purpose of bringing all of God’s children into a lasting and loving relationship with the One who is our creator, comforter, protector and loving Father.
Jesus said, "For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink.
I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me clothing.
I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me."
